How do you handle customer privacy?

NETDIO often times works with sensitive data. We pride ourselves on customer confidentiality and privacy. We will never sell your information. We treat your data with respect. We never snoop around when working on a client’s computer and we always ensure all customer data is removed from any storage devices we may use.

What is the preventative website maintenance plan?

Website maintenance is essential to keeping your website safe and online. Without properly maintaining your website, you leave yourself vulnerable to hackers, malware and search engine blacklisting. For only $75 per month, we offer our customers a plan that includes all web hosting fees, security updates, site backups and basic content updates. All plan customers also receive priority support if they experience any problems with their site or get a virus on their computers. Read more about our WordPress maintenance plan.

What are your payment options?

We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal payments. Monthly maintenance plans are automatically billed to your credit card for your convenience.

How long will it take to have a website built?

It depends on the scope of the project. All maintenance plan customers get priority support and expedited development. Typically it takes 30-60 days to complete a project.

Do you require a deposit for web development?

Typically we require a deposit of half of the web design quote. However, we’re always happy to work with our customers on a tailored payment solution.

What are your hourly rates?

For most services we charge $75 per hour. We’re always happy to create a quote for services or a project. We’re very flexible with our customers and often times provide extra value at no charge.
